We wake up everyday excited for the next – thinking about the future – wondering what new tech device is coming our way – what new ideas are going to be shared with the world – where advancements will take us! What will life look like in the future? What is my future going to be – where will my career take me? We often think of the positive things – of things that are yet to come – things that we can’t wait to experience – and so many of us fall into the trap where we think we’re going to live forever – like the future has years and years ahead…just waiting for us – but it’s also good to give ourselves a bit of a reality check from time to time – and realize that life is also full of change – it can surprise us in both positive and negative ways – and sometimes that thing that we see as negative – can turn into a positive depending on how we look at it!
BREAST CANCER AWARENESS + BEAUTY
The beauty industry has really been doing their best support great causes – with breast cancer coming in at the top. It is just a disease that we hear about so frequently these days and something that all women are taking seriously. The great thing about Breast Cancer is that it is curable when caught early, and there are regular tests set in place by the our health care system, that remind us to and get checked, and make sure we are taking the necessary steps to take care of ourselves…but this is not the case for many other women around the world. One thing that I hear consistently from people however, is that the beauty care that comes around – as a result of the challenges and hardships that some women go through – is incredible. All the great work that is done on that front really speaks to the overarching support and care provided to us by our healthcare system.
FANTASY
In a nutshell – I don’t think that is ever good to live in a Fantasy world, because reality tends to kick in at some point…so always try to live in the ‘now’ and realize what you have going for you – all the good – and start to appreciate it before it is too late <3
