I had the best time spending my day with @Stef.Sanjati! We stopped by at the park first and had a chance to catch up over lunch. We talked about how important diet and just our daily choices are in general…and how we work to maintain a healthy lifestyle – mind, body and soul. We often only focus on one part – but really all three need to be aligned…in order to feel completely balanced (in my opinion).
Then we popped into an adorable little bakery that I love…and had a chance to introduce Stef to! We had the best time talking about how #breadmom came about…and what inspired me to create my Chic Sophistic shoes!
Overall – such an amazing day! Really love spending time with this woman! Xo
