PRIDE PARADE – BE LOUD – BE PROUD – BE CHIC – BE CONFIDENT
It is that time of year again! We have teamed up with @TELUS for three years in a row now…and we are absolutely loving it! There is nothing better than seeing people smile, be comfortable in their own skin and just express themselves in the way that they want to – in a way that just feels right!
LOVE IS LOVE
One of the most consistent themes every year is ‘love’! Something that we are all capable of giving…and something that we all loving receiving! Who doesn’t love love? It is love that actually makes us realize that we are all human – that we all have our vulnerable moments and our weaknesses – but isn’t that the best part? Isn’t knowing that – knowing that we all have those ‘soft’ spots … just a bit more comforting? Knowing that we can let go and just ‘feel’ and ‘be’ without judgement – knowing that this is what really makes us feel ‘closer’ to eachother and more ‘connecting’ as human beings!
I cannot express how fortunate I feel I am to be living in a country like Canada – in a city like Toronto – that is so full of love! So full of love – multiculturalism – diversity … and just an overall feeling of joy! A celebration of life – a celebration of our ‘uniqueness’ – and a celebration of our “individuality”!
BE PROUD – BE CHIC – BE CONFIDENT
Pride serves as a reminder to us that we all have the right to be ‘Proud’. We all have the right to love who we want to love – to love ourselves – first and foremost – and to show the world what we have to offer! Part of being ‘Proud’… is also allowing yourself to be confident – to push back your shoulders – straighten your neck and hold your head up high – there is no shame in that. We should feel really good about ourselves – about what we do – who we are … not ‘just’ around Pride – but really ‘everyday’!
